Your Background
* Principal-level civil engineer with deep land development / Greenfields experience
* Proven delivery of subdivision projects including:
* Residential, industrial, commercial, and parkland developments
* Earthworks, road design, drainage, flood analysis, retaining structures
* Comfortable operating in developer-facing and approval-driven environments
* Background may come from a similar or adjacent consultancy - pedigree matters more than brand
