We're on the hunt for a Commercial Finance Analyst to join our high performing Commercial Finance team.
This is your chance to work alongside experienced mentors, develop your financial acumen, and make a tangible impact on our firm's commercial operations.
If you have between 1-3 years experience in an analyst or similar role, you're in the sweet spot—ready to contribute while continuing to grow.
In this newly created role, you'll partner with our Commercial Manager to provide critical financial insights that drive strategic decision making.
This is a hands on role where you'll get to work with financial modelling, data analysis, and reporting, all while contributing to the firm's growth and success.
What You'll Do Deliver financial analysis that supports key commercial decisions, partnering with internal stakeholders to communicate financial data.
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, translating data into actionable insights.
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to track performance and client metrics.
Collaborate with shared services teams to drive data-informed decision making.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting, ensuring performance aligns with targets.
Work with the Commercial Manager to track and interpret budget performance within key teams.
Provide financial input, including Excel-based modelling, to support commercial strategies.
Identify process and system improvement opportunities within Finance, working with external vendors to enhance reporting tools.
What You'll Bring A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
1-3 years' experience in a finance focused analyst role in professional services.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with Power BI or similar data visualisation tools (preferred).
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
