About the role
You will be working as part of our contact centre team.
You will be mostly handling calls, however this can progress to handling other contacts such as email, web form, SMS, webchat as well as working within CRM and ticketing systems.

Duties & responsibilities
* Handle calls (and other contact media) efficiently and within allocated shift patterns
* Log details on every call, email or communication received to ensure accurate information is provided to our clients.
* Ensure the customer experience meets our and our clients' standards.
* Follow instructions and communicate well with team members and management.
* Assist in other areas of the business when required.
Skills & experience
* Excellent communication skills (listening, verbal and written)
* Reliable, self motivated and a team player
* Highly organised and attentive to detail
* Proven ability to produce accurate written information
* Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office
* Previous customer service experience in either an inbound/outbound role preferred but not essential
