As a trade counter specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting plumbers and other tradespeople with access to the products they need for building and renovation projects. Key responsibilities include:
* Providing exceptional customer service and product information
* Offering quotes both in person and over the phone
* Pick packing and stock control activities
* Maintaining a tidy and safe branch environment
* Occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle
Our ideal candidate will have:
* Previous experience in retail sales or customer service, with a passion for helping others
* The ability to pick orders, maintain shop floor displays, and provide accurate information
* Proficiency in computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
* A valid driver's license and flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
