A great opportunity has arisen for a Accounts Receivable Officer to join their team. You will report to a supportive Accounts Receivable Manager with a broad range of responsibilities including:
- Managing accounts receivables including credit cards payments and refunds
- Allocate customer payments to debtor's accounts according to the remittance advice
- Receipting, allocating and reconciling debtors
- Monitor customer accounts and liaise with customers to settle within credit terms and limits
To be considered for this exciting role, you will have a minimum of 1-2 years accounts receivable experience from either an ASX listed company or corporate environment. It's essential that you have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Having a strong system knowledge of Oracle and/or Excel would be advantageous, with exposure to collections and reconciliations ideal.
