We are seeking a highly skilled Navigator to provide exceptional customer service and support to consumers with mental illness and/or drug and alcohol issues.
The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding consumers and their families in navigating the service system, providing person-centred switchboard services across communication platforms.
This role requires a warm and welcoming response as the first point of contact for our organisation.
