Job Title: Formwork Supervisor

* Oversee and manage the Alkimos Desalinisation project as a Nightshift Supervisor, ensuring precision and adherence to safety and quality standards.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success, leveraging your expertise and experience in construction engineering.
* Manage labour, plant, and resources efficiently, prioritizing safety and productivity.
As a successful candidate, you will have:
* 10 years' hands-on experience as a Supervisor/Leading Hand/Operator in construction engineering.
* A Certificate III in Occupational Health and Safety or similar Safety Leadership-type program.
* Experience working in water infrastructure projects and trade certificate or similar.
