We are now looking for an experienced and innovative EHSQ Specialist to join the Pulp and Paper Manufacturing Team in Australia. Based in Hallam, Victoria, you will work in our manufacturing facility supporting the manufacturing and distribution of our pulp and paper chemicals to customers.

What you need:
- Previous experience in EHSQ role - 3-5 years minimum.
- Previous experience with ISO9001 Quality, ISO14001 Environmental Systems, and ISO 45001
- Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems.
- Risk Management - ability to provide resources and methodologies to ensure risks are identified, improvements tracked and risks managed.
- Continuous Improvement Plan - Develops improvement targets and plans based on performance monitoring.
- Formal qualifications in OHS - minimum of Certificate 4 in OH&S
- A proactive approach to health and safety, including notification of incidents and assessments of hazards.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills in English.
- Courage to drive constant improvement by challenging existing status and striving to ensure continual customer supply and minimum quality requirements of all products are met.
