* Begin with two weeks of structured, classroom‐based training
* Handle inbound sales & service calls and enquiries
* Gain hands‐on experience selling cars across dealerships
* Build rapport with customers and provide tailored solutions
* Support dealership teams to keep customers informed and engaged
* Contribute to sales targets and learn to maximise every opportunity
Qualifications
Success in this role requires a customer‐led mindset and highly developed communication skills. You will demonstrate:
* Customer‐focused: Skilled at delivering positive customer experiences
* Reliable & committed: Available for a 5‐day roster including Saturdays with rotating RDOs
* Motivated to learn: Keen to develop into a confident and capable sales professional
* A team player: Open to feedback and comfortable working collaboratively
* A strong communicator: Effective face‐to‐face, over the phone, and online
* Tech savvy: Comfortable navigating multiple systems and platforms
* Licensed: A current driver's licence is essential
