Job Role: Housekeeper
This is a part-time permanent position involving fortnightly work schedules with afternoon and night shifts from 5:30pm to 1:30am. The successful candidate will be part of an exceptional team responsible for delivering high standards of cleanliness across all areas of the hospital.
* Maintain exceptionally high standards of cleanliness in wards, operating theatres, and general areas.
* Clean and restock equipment, ensuring it is stored in suitable locations.
* Work collaboratively and maintain effective communication networks with nursing staff and other stakeholders at all times.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
* Punctuality, reliability, and genuine friendly customer service skills.
* Previous experience in a hospital environment is preferred but not essential.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and strong customer focus.
* Compliance with HACCP, Workplace Health and Safety, and Infection Control guidelines.
* Experience in cleaning services.
* A team player who enjoys working within a large team environment.
* Demonstrate attention to detail and take pride in your work delivery.
