The Team: Work within the highly supportive multidisciplinary team at Alcohol and Drug Services Northwest. Work as an Administration Assistant at Alcohol and Drug Services in the Northwest of the state at Ulverstone. All our service works closely with staff, consumers, families and friends to focus on delivering excellence in healthcare to achieve improved outcomes for the Tasmanian community. The Role: Provide a high-level confidential telephone and face to face service. This includes but is not limited to; Answering all client, staff and public enquires. Provide clients with accurate and appropriate information. Perform administrative support duties that assist clinical staff in providing appropriate and timely client care. Perform computer based administrative support including data entry and word processing. You will need: Demonstrated skills in and understanding of conventional office administration practices including the ability to provide confidential, high quality administrative support within a client focused environment. Demonstrated accurate computer processing skills in a variety of information systems and programs, including demonstrated skills in maintaining an efficient and effective filing system. Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills which support the delivery of a high-level client contact community-based service. Details of appointment: Permanent part time, day worker position, working 28 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible. *notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant. Salary: $66,049 to $70,993 per annum pro rata. Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount. Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022 Salary Packaging: You’ll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year other benefits if eligible.
