You will be primarily working on Brakes, suspension and tyres of car, 4WD and trucks and will be required to perform all types of mechanical work when required.
Experience working on 4x4's and suspension is essential to perform your daily duties.
Duties and responsibilities:
1. Diagnose, troubleshoot fix and fit brakes and suspension upgrades to transform, and tyre fitting and wheel alignment for all types of vehicles.
2. Work on a wide variety of vehicles for all mechanical repairs and service and support other team members when required.
3.Diagnose vehicles based on observational and mechanical testing as well as information provided by the customer
4.Provide customers with detailed estimates for repairs and replacements and obtain signature approval prior to commencing work
5.Repair vehicles based on the diagnosed issues and repair estimate
6.Test drive vehicles after repairs are complete to ensure mechanical soundness and to determine whether any other problems exist
7.Describe vehicle's condition to customer and answer any follow-up questions
Qualifications and skills:
1. Must have completed a Diploma or Certificate IV in Automotive Repair.
2. It is highly important to us that you have a SOLID and well-rounded knowledge of vehicle repairs and servicing and a real passion for cars
3.Minimum 1+ years of automotive repair experience
4.Valid driver's licence
5.Excellent communication skills
