About Terra Verde:
Terra Verde is a joint venture between Webuild, GS Engineering & Construction (E&C) Australia, and Bouygues Construction Australia.
The joint venture combines experienced local personnel with global resources and expertise.
Terra Verde is delivering nearly 10 kilometres of parallel tunnels between Glen Waverley and Box Hill, including 39 cross passages and two station boxes at Glen Waverley and Burwood in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs, as part of the Suburban Rail Loop Project.
This is the largest infrastructure project in Victoria’s history, shaping Melbourne and Victoria for future generations.
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Quality Manager to join our team. You will lead the implementation and improvement of quality management systems, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and a strong quality culture across the project.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor the project Quality Management System. Oversee quality objectives, audits, and reporting. Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams. Identify and manage quality risks and develop mitigation strategies. Provide technical quality expertise and support QC/QA Managers. Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal quality requirements. Lead and mentor quality staff. Oversee systems assurance, project completion, and handover processes
What We’re Looking For:
A collaborative leader with strong quality management expertise. Someone proactive, detail‑focused, and skilled at managing risk. A strong communicator who can influence and support project teams.
Qualifications and Experience:
Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field. Master’s degree or certifications (Six Sigma, ISO Lead Auditor) preferred. Significant, proven experience in the construction industry is essential.Experience leading QA/QC functions and cross‑functional teams. Proficiency in quality management and data analysis tools.
