Property Network of Australia is seeking a Marketing Executive to join large property landlord in Brisbane. Our client operates within the retail property sector, managing shopping centres and we are seeking a contractor to assist with this role on a 4-6 week basis. We are seeking an individual with previous or current experience in marketing, campaign management, and digital engagement within the retail or property industry as a preference.
In this role, you will support the implementation of marketing strategies, develop and execute campaigns, and build strong relationships with retailers, customers, and community stakeholders. You will also be responsible for digital content creation, social media management, and campaign analysis to drive centre performance and community engagement.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
* Implement and manage centre marketing campaigns and activations
* Develop digital content and manage social media channels
* Build and maintain strong retailer and community relationships
* Analyse and report on campaign performance and ROI
* Support centre management with day-to-day marketing operations
* Assist with stakeholder and public relations events and activations
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience in retail property or marketing-related industries
* Proficiency in digital platforms, social media, and Microsoft Office Suite
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to interpret research data and market insights
* Excellent organisational and campaign management abilities
