**The Role**:
Reporting to the Office Administrator your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Collating and entering weekly timesheets from staff in the Job Cost control database system
- Preparing/typing monthly invoices
- Typing reports and proposals.
- General office duties (answering phones, meet & greet, filing, stock control, printing, meeting room preparation).
- Strong experience with Word and Excel essential. Adobe/Bluebeam and Access experience would also be beneficial.
**About you**:
Minimum 3 years experience as an Administration Assistant. You will have good MS Office skills, and pick up new systems and processes with ease.
You will bring with you a professional and positive approach to work, and a team-player mentality. This position requires you to be proactive and use your initiative to problem solve.
