What You'll Be Doing
* End-to-end portfolio management (approx. 190 properties)
* Handling inspections, arrears, maintenance, and lease renewals
* Managing VCAT matters and resolving complex issues
* Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
* Working across PropertyTree & Inspection Express

About You
* 3+ years Property Management experience
