One of Perth's multi-award-winning Residential Home Builders is seeking an experienced Pre-start Consultant to join their growing operations team.
The Chance:
Our client is looking for an exceptional customer service-driven individual who is approachable, caring and possesses a professional personality. You will be managing the selection & administration process of your client's new home from design to completion. Opportunity with a luxury or Project builder.
- Assisting clients in their pre-start meetings
- Estimates for all stages of the design process including colour & finishing selections
- Raising Variations, and preparing all relevant documentation to assist with the build
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 1+ years of relevant industry experience
- Commitment to delivering the highest level of customer service
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
