We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Administrator to join our team.

* Provide strong administrative support to finance, purchasing and contracts functions.
* Account for costs, do basic reconciliations and mentor junior staff.
* Assist with cost variance analysis and post cost accruals.
* Collate information for FBT returns and utilise Excel to review costs.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Cert III or IV in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
* Experience working in a mining or heavy industry environment with exposure to accounting/finance tasks.
* JDE experience or ability to quickly adopt computer programs and software.
* Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
* Well-developed written and oral communication skills.
