Ground Crew (multiple positions)
Working with ETS means being part of a supportive, hands‐on team delivering important vegetation management works around transmission lines for the Transgrid contract. You'll be out in the field contributing to safe and efficient outcomes, working alongside experienced crew members and playing a key role in supporting our growing operations.

About you
* A strong focus on safety and a team‐first attitude
* Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions
* Able to meet pre‐employment requirements, including medical and drug & alcohol testing
* Reliable, adaptable, and willing to contribute across a range of tasks
Previous industry experience is essential for Scoper and Supervisor roles.
* White Card (General Construction Safety) – Essential
* MR or HR Truck Licence – Preferred (MR commonly expected for ground roles)
* Chainsaw operation experience – Desirable
* EWP Licence – Desirable
* Relevant experience required for Supervisor and Scoper roles
