About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Draftsperson to lead a team of drafters in delivering complex HVAC projects across various sectors. The ideal candidate will oversee the production of detailed, accurate, and compliant technical drawings while working closely with project teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a drafting team to ensure high-quality, timely project delivery
* Develop precise technical drawings that align with industry standards and project specifications
* Collaborate effectively with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders throughout project lifecycles
* Ensure all documentation complies with applicable codes, local standards, and client requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Proven leadership experience within HVAC drafting and project delivery
* Advanced proficiency in relevant software, including Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
* Demonstrated ability to manage drafting teams and contribute to complex, large-scale projects
* A passion for emerging technologies that enhance efficiency, including BIM tools and workflows
