Our client is a major forklift and material handling provider, specializing in the servicing, refurbishment and distribution of a wide range of industrial equipment. Programmed is currently seeking reliable Machine Operators with a Forklift Licence to work in a busy, safety-focused workshop and yard environment with high-volume machinery movement.
Key duties include:
* Operating various forklifts and electric pallet jacks (EPJs)
* Loading, unloading and transporting stock and equipment
* Undertaking basic mechanical tasks (e.g. draining oils and removing components)
* Picking, processing and handling stock accurately
* Performing general warehouse and yard duties as required
* Maintaining a clean, organized and safe work environment
* Communicating effectively with internal team members and supervisors
Requirements:
* Current and valid Forklift Licence (mandatory)
* Demonstrated experience within a similar warehouse or industrial environment is required
* Availability to work Monday to Friday 6:30am – 2:30pm
* Good communication skills
* Physically fit and capable of regular heavy lifting
* Comfortable working in outdoor and sun-exposed conditions
* Reliable, punctual and safety-focused
