Qualifications
* Must have excellent cooking skills
* Training in fish and meat preparation
* Experience cooking over charcoal
* Experience with food ordering, par levels and wastage control
* Experience running the pass
* A love of food and wine
* Robust work ethic
* Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
* Excellent communication and time management skills
* Willingness to learn and adapt in a agile workplace
