Role Description
As a 3PL Business Development Representative at BR International Logistics Pty Ltd, you will identify and generate new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth. Key responsibilities include prospecting potential clients, managing leads, providing tailored logistics solutions, and negotiating contracts. You'll collaborate closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery, leveraging strong communication and sales expertise. This is a hybrid role based in Sydney, NSW, with the flexibility to work partially from home.
Qualifications
* Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, with a proven track record of identifying and closing new business opportunities
* Strong verbal and written Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams
* Proficiency in Sales and Business Development, including the ability to present logistics solutions and negotiate contracts
* Capability to build and maintain client relationships while delivering exceptional customer service
* Familiarity with 3PL and logistics services will be advantageous
* Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills
