The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a Structural Engineer to contribute to the design and delivery of diverse building projects, ranging from residential and commercial developments to retail and industrial facilities. You'll bring strong technical foundations and a passion for quality, applying your expertise to multi-storey concrete and post-tensioned structures while ensuring outcomes align with program, budget, and standards. The role offers autonomy to manage projects independently, alongside the chance to liaise directly with clients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. With multiple offices across Queensland, you'll have flexibility in your base location and the benefit of a workplace policy that supports work-life balance.
About You
You're a proactive and detail-oriented engineer who thrives on seeing projects through from concept to completion. You enjoy collaborating with colleagues and clients alike, and you're motivated by the opportunity to deliver tangible outcomes in the built environment.
You'll also bring:
* Degree in Structural Engineering
* Minimum 5 years' experience in structural design, including exposure to multi‑storey concrete and post‑tensioned structures
* Strong technical and analytical skills with a focus on quality outcomes
* Ability to manage projects independently while liaising effectively with clients
* Collaborative mindset and commercial awareness
