We're seeking a Deputy Director-General, Data and Digital Government to join our team in Brisbane.

Your work in this role is critical to that commitment by directly supporting the Director-General and leading the whole-of-government digital transformation, assurance, and cyber security agenda for Queensland.
You will be responsible for driving the implementation of centralised digital and data policies, leading investments to mitigate digital risks across government, and spearheading Queensland's preparation and response to major digital disruptions and cyber incidents.
This work directly contributes to ensuring the delivery of reliable, modern, and secure systems that uphold the safety and trust of Queenslanders.
We're looking for someone with proven experience in leadership of data and digital functions across large and complex organisations, a deep understanding of digital transformation and investment governance, and the resilience and agility to achieve results in a high-pressure, changing environment.
A key element of this role is leading Queensland's data and digital preparations for the Brisbane **** Olympic and Paralympic Games, ensuring the state is ready to harness opportunities and address challenges.
