About the RoleAs a Casual Social Worker, you will work closely with our Occupational Therapists to conduct assessments, formulate joint recommendations, and produce high-quality, clinical reports for the NDIS.
Core Responsibilities and Requirements:
The ideal candidate will:
* Be a current registered member of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
* Possess a current driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle for travel across all service areas.
* Be happy to work across all metropolitan regions: North, South, East, and West Adelaide.
* Be highly confident in working as a team and collaboratively with Allied Health professionals (specifically OT's) to create holistic outcomes.
* Have experience within a Social Worker role and be familiar with the NDIS sector
* Have experience and be confident in the process and development of comprehensive Functional Capacity Assessments.
* Maintain decent availability and working hours to meet the demands of a casual case load.
* Possess incredible communication skills, both written (report writing) and verbal (client/family engagement).
* Hold Clearances (or be willing to obtain):
* NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
* Working with Children Check (WWCC).
