About the Role: A leading organization, pioneering in its field, is seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to join their team. This role is integral to the smooth operation of their senior executives’ schedules and the strategic vision of their enterprise. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team, working collaboratively to achieve excellence in service and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* High-level executive support to senior executives, managing diaries, and organizing meetings.
* Secretariat services for meetings, including agenda preparation, minute taking, and action follow-ups.
* Collaboration within the Executive Assistant team for consistent support across the business.
* Drafting and preparing presentations and reports with high attention to detail.
* Managing stakeholder relationships, acting as a professional first point of contact.
* Supporting Board meetings and related activities.
* Project management and support for special events.
* Travel and accommodation arrangements as required.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* 10-15 years of experience in a corporate executive environment.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong time-management and multi-project coordination abilities.
* Utmost confidentiality and professional stakeholder engagement.
* Strategic mindset with a business enterprise focus.
* Adaptable to a fast-paced environment with meticulous attention to detail.
* Collaborative spirit in marketing and business development projects.
* Independent and team-oriented work ethic.

* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
