Duties Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering a professional, friendly, and premium service experience. Coordinate service bookings, schedule jobs, and manage workshop workflow to ensure efficiency and timely completion. Clearly explain repair and maintenance requirements, providing transparent cost estimates and realistic timelines. Act as the communication link between technicians and customers, keeping clients updated on vehicle progress, additional work, and necessary approvals. Accurately process warranty claims, prepare invoices, and maintain all service-related documentation. Proactively follow up with customers regarding service reminders, feedback, and future maintenance needs. Uphold brand standards and contribute to creating a first-class customer journey from start to finish. Skills and experience Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Automotive Technician (prestige dealership background highly regarded but not essential). Solid understanding of light vehicle systems and functions, with the ability to translate technical information into clear, customer-friendly language. Exceptional communication, organisational, and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail. Proficiency with dealership management systems (e.g., ERA, Autoline, Reynolds) or similar software. Professional presentation, strong interpersonal skills, and a customer-first approach. A current and valid driver’s licence. Benefits Competitive base salary of $75,000 – $80,000 (depending on experience).
