Broker Regional Sales Manager, Northern

Allied Credit is a leading vehicle finance firm with strategic alliances with global car, marine and motorcycle brands. Offering white label, joint venture and floorplan finance, our proprietary software provides a seamless, convenient and customer-focused finance service to consumers and businesses.
We are seeking a Broker Regional Sales Manager, Northern to drive business growth and lead their team of Business Development Manager and Relationship Managers to achieve business objectives within the Northern region (NSW, ACT, QLD, NT). In this role, you will be holding a small portfolio of key accounts whilst also managing a high performing Sales team. The RSM role is focused on meeting and exceeding sales targets, increasing market share and profitability, and ultimately establishing Allied Credit as a first-class lender within its target markets.
What you will be doing
•Completing and ensuring your team complete regular visitations to introducer accounts in line with Broker Sales strategy with a view to exceeding quarterly sales targets (personal and team).
•Conducting regular monthly, fortnightly or weekly meetings with your team to develop strategies to drive growth, new broker relationships and profitability in your region.
•Assisting the Head of Broker and other key internal stakeholders with product, process and general business improvement initiatives.
•Conducting, or assisting the Head of Broker with, broker and aggregator presentations and meetings.
•Monitoring sales results closely for your region to identify trends within the introducer network and keep the Head of Broker informed on its performance and market intelligence.
•Being an “Allied Credit expert”, holding a current and accurate understanding of all Allied Credit products, pricing, systems and processes.
•Assisting in the development and regular updating of product and marketing collateral (guides, matrixes, contact lists etc).
•Attending relevant aggregator and industry events (PD days, training sessions, social events etc); interstate travel will be required.
•Developing and maintaining deep relationships between your team and key aggregator team members (BDMs, Broker Support, Management etc).
•Maintaining current knowledge and analysis of competitors in our market, and their pricing, product and service offerings.
•Working closely with relevant internal and external Risk and Compliance teams to ensure Compliance Oversight, Due Diligence and Monitoring and Auditing frameworks are in place and adhered to.
Your background
•Proven track record of successful B2B business and partnership development in the financial services or finance broker industry.
•Proven leadership capabilities with the necessary skills to motivate, direct and coach a team to high performance.
•Strategic thinker with the ability to translate goals into actionable plans.
•Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
•Outstanding ability to initiate and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders using excellent communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
•Strong time management with the ability to effectively implement a broker visitation schedule.
•Ability to run impactful presentations and face to face meetings, achieving prescribed outcomes.
•Proficiency in using CRM systems, sales analytics tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
•Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
