The role of this Rostering Coordinator is to effectively coordinate the direct support care that is provided to our participants by ADS Care support workers. In this role, the Rostering Coordinator will need to manage with our support workers, participants we support and their key contacts. Previous rostering experience, not specifically disability care, is required.
To be successful in this role you will need a passion for problem solving and strong resilience. Additionally, proactive behaviour and clear communication skills are vital. The role has opportunities to develop your skills within the growing SME business.
**Responsibilities and duties**:
- Coordinate rostering requirements aligned to participants needs and support plans
- Communicating roster changes to relevant support workers
- Be one of the key contacts when receiving calls and queries
- Liaise with management on major changes and priorities
- Optimise staff availability to maximise efficiency
- Delegate minor tasks to Administration team
- Ensuring positive administrative process and maintain up to date documentation
- Engaging with all stakeholders in a professional manner
- Support with the organisations policies, procedures and values
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes
**Your Skills**
You should possess excellent communication skills and have a commercial awareness of most business functions. You will need the ability to develop and maintain relationships with various stakeholders. You will be required to promote the Company brand and image in a positive and professional manner.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 25 - 38 per week
