As the first dedicated Change Manager on the program, you'll join at the very beginning and take full ownership of the change function across a complex, enterprise wide SAP S/4HANA implementation.
Duties
* Establish and lead the end-to-end change strategy for the SAP S/4HANA program
* Design and implement change frameworks, governance, stakeholder engagement and communications plans
* Conduct change impact assessments and readiness activities across business units
* Partner closely with program leadership, functional streams and SMEs to embed change practices
* Build sustainable change capability for the duration of the multi-year transformation
Skills & experience
* Proven experience delivering change on at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA program
* Experience setting up change structures from program inception
* Strong stakeholder engagement across executive, business and IT audiences
* Demonstrated experience in organisational change, communications and adoption strategies
* Excellent facilitation, influencing and written communication skills
* Initial 12 month contract on a multi year SAP program
* Be part of a major enterprise transformation from day one
