About the Role: You'll specialise in recruiting tech talent within software development, inheriting an active client portfolio with room to develop new business. The role gives you the autonomy to manage your desk without strict KPIs, letting you focus on building relationships and driving results. Whether it's nurturing existing clients or bringing in new ones, you will be able to make an immediate impact.

Who You Are: You're an experienced recruiter with proven success in agency recruitment, particularly in the Technology sector. You excel in managing full 360° recruitment processes and are driven by achieving tangible results. Key Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years in agency recruitment, ideally within Technology
* Strong 360° recruitment experience with proven billings (A$400k+ annually)
* A natural ability to build relationships and grow business
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive in business development
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude
* Sponsorship available for candidates with a 2+ year degree or 5+ years of recruitment experience
