We’re looking for a Media Sales Account Manager to join the team at 2EC & Power FM in the iconic town of Bega. As part of the leading local media network on the Far South Coast, you’ll work closely with a diverse range of local businesses, creating tailored marketing campaigns that drive real impact. You’ll be backed by a team that delivers top local content, news, and promotions to a loyal and growing audience.

We’re looking for someone who is confident, motivated, and passionate about supporting local business. Media experience is a bonus, but not essential – we’re more interested in your attitude, communication skills, and drive to succeed.
About The Role
- Generate advertising sales revenue through the presentation of advertising strategies for local businesses from Narooma to Bega.
- Achieve set sales targets and provide accurate revenue forecasting to management using CPM Software.
- Professionally represent the brand to advertisers and the community.
- Solve problems for clients by developing effective and tailored marketing solutions for their business.
- Successfully prospect and secure additional advertisers to our brands.
- Work well in a team, with the ability to work autonomously when required.
About You
- You will be a people person, with fantastic written and verbal communication skills, you’ll know what great customer service is and have a passion for helping local businesses.
- A strong desire to achieve and exceed set revenue targets.
- You will possess solid personal motivation and organisation skills.
- You’ll have a desire to learn and grow.
- You will have high personal standards of performance and behaviour.
- Ability to manage own time effectively, with a proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and prioritise between them.
