The Opportunity
A leading Sydney-based Creative Agency is seeking a versatile Freelance Designer to join their team for a high-priority, short-term stint. We need a “hybrid” creative who is just as comfortable brainstorming big-picture concepts as they are diving into the nitty-gritty of finished art and file preparation.
This role is onsite in Sydney, starting this Thursday.
The Role
You will be supporting the core creative team across a variety of projects, ensuring that work is not only visually stunning but technically flawless. Your responsibilities will include:
Developing creative and conceptual designs that align with client briefs.
Executing high-quality Finished Art, ensuring all files are print-ready or digital-compliant.
Designing and polishing high-stakes presentations.
Collaborating with the internal team to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
About You
You are a reliable, mid-to-senior level freelancer with a “no task too big or small” attitude. To hit the ground running, you’ll need:
Prior Agency Experience: You understand the rhythm and expectations of a creative shop.
Software Mastery: Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Presentation Flair: Strong skills in creating engaging decks (PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides).
Bonus Points: Proficiency in Figma is highly regarded but not a deal-breaker.
