**As a key driver of Best Practice across the project, your responsibilities will include**:
- Plan and align your work crew deliverables in a safe and where possible, efficient manner.
- Continue to use your in-depth trade knowledge and influence positive decision making that ensures our work is done in line with client's expectations.
- Be willing to ensure no barrier exists within your team around communication and be a champion of open and honest communication.

- Heavy industry construction experience in a supervisory capacity.
- Demonstrated record of proactively contributing to a safe working environment.
- Leveraging upon your experience as a mechanical tradesman, you know how good it is to work in team that can plan, and schedule works effectively, and you will ensure your crew experiences this also.
- Excellent communication skills - you are self-aware and know the impact of your decisions.
- Knowledge in the use laser aligning equipment - all rotating equipment.
- Knowledge in the use precision measuring tools.
- Assembly and commissioning of conveyors/bucket elevators
- Pre-assembly of bolt together product silos.
- Good knowledge of the pre-assembly of mechanical equipment - separators, radial fans, rotary valves, screw conveyors and bag houses.
- Knowledge of the assembly of ball mills.
- Strong understanding of all types of construction drawings - PID's, schematics.
- Proficient in the use of computers.
- Understanding of safety legislation and the be able to develop a robust safety culture.
