We are looking for someone who has a great attitude and is keen to learn. We will provide training on our systems and help develop your IT skills. Responsibilities: Receiving and responding to IT queries including trouble shooting scanner, POS system technical issues and a multitude of Support Office inquiriesEnsure every phone query is dealt with professionally and recorded in our systemWork with the Senior Service Desk Specialists and wider IT team to problem solve and follow up on queries.
