Acquisitions Manager (Buyer's Agent)
OTE 250k to 400k+ depending on performance
We've got an exciting and rare opportunity for someone to join our team as an Acquisitions Manager, also known as a Buyer's Agent.
In this role, you'll be the main point of contact for real estate agents, building genuine relationships and uncovering off-market opportunities before they hit the market. You'll help identify the right properties, negotiate fair and sensible outcomes for clients, and keep the buying process moving from start to finish.

What You'll Do
Build and manage your agent network
• Manage your territory and build strong relationships with sales agents
• Prospect for opportunities across both on-market and off-market channels
• Uncover early-access and off-market listings that meet client requirements
• Purchase investment properties that align with our buying criteria
• Negotiate terms and outcomes that are genuinely beneficial for clients
Keep deals on track
• Problem solve issues that come up during a transaction
• Work closely with Relationship Managers and Sales Agents to keep timelines tight
• Track settlement milestones and help remove roadblocks
• Ensure the buying process stays smooth from offer through to settlement
Support the sourcing engine
• Keep CRM notes and property records accurate and up to date
• Share insights with the broader sourcing team to help identify new opportunities
• Assist with admin or coordination tasks when required
Who You Are
• At least one year of experience in real estate, sourcing, or buyer's agency
• Strong understanding of the residential transaction process
• Confident on the phone and comfortable building rapport with agents
• A practical problem solver who can work through issues calmly
• Able to manage multiple deals with shifting timelines
• Organised, reliable, and motivated to get results
• CRM experience preferred, and a genuine interest in property is important
