We are partnering with an innovative biotech organisation seeking an experienced Oncology Business Manager to join their team. This is a hands‐on field role where clinical credibility, commercial instinct and teamwork across functions will be key to driving meaningful outcomes for patients and healthcare professionals in a competitive and evolving market. Oncology experience would be ideal; however we would also like to speak with high performing candidates who have demonstrated success in specialty pharmaceutical sales / account management and have a strong clinical oncology background.
The Opportunity
You will take ownership of a defined territory, building trusted partnerships with medical oncologists, hospitals and treatment centres while working closely with medical, marketing and commercial colleagues to deliver coordinated, insight‐led engagement. Success in this role comes from focusing on impact, balancing strong account ownership with the ability to collaborate effectively, adapt to change and navigate a dynamic oncology landscape.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute clear territory and account plans aligned to business priorities
* Build credible, long‐term partnerships with oncology specialists and key healthcare stakeholders
* Deliver high-quality, data‐driven customer engagements grounded in clinical value
* Work collaboratively with field and cross‐functional teams to align customer strategy and field execution
* Use insights and analytics to prioritise opportunities and tailor your approach
* Maintain accurate CRM records and operate in full compliance with industry standards
About You
* Proven pharmaceutical sales experience is essential, with oncology experience or a strong clinical oncology background
* Comfortable engaging clinical experts and working within complex hospital environments
* Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage accounts strategically and drive results
* Collaborative, adaptable and solutions‐focused
* High emotional intelligence with a patient‐centric approach
* Willingness to travel across a large territory
