Remuneration: $36.32 p/hr + Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging (Increases your take home pay) + Penalties & Allowances + Employee discounts

Your Role
As a Care Companion, you'll provide care to your residents in accordance with the household model of care, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life through activities that include:
- Daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, help at mealtimes, general mobility and laundry
- Providing care in accordance with their individualized Care Plan
- Supporting community-based recreational and social activities
- Advocating for residents while providing choice, fostering skills and encouraging engagement
What Makes a Difference for Us
- Certificate III Aged Care, Home and Community Care, Disability Support, or an equivalent qualification
- Experience with technology including smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.
- Confidence to satisfy relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
- NDIS Workers Screening or willingness to obtain
