About the role
We are seeking a part-time Finance & Administration Officer to join our team at Cullen Macleod Lawyers in Nedlands. In this role, you will be responsible for providing financial and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.
What you'll be doing
* Performing accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks.
* Reconciling bank statements and maintaining accurate financial records.
* Monthly billing statement distribution to clients.
* Providing administrative support and general office duties as required.
* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders as needed.
What we're looking for
* Relevant experience in an accounts/finance or administration role.
* Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to maintain accurate financial records.
* Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite.
* Competency in use of Xero or other financial management software.
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
