About the Role
This position requires you to contribute to the delivery of radiographic imaging services while upholding safety and quality standards. You will work collaboratively with clinicians, nurses and allied health professionals to provide excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities
* Contribute to high-quality diagnostic imaging across General X-ray, theatre imaging, CT and ultrasound services.
* Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centred care.
* Participate in continuous improvement and support research and innovative practice models.
Requirements
* Degree in medical radiation science or equivalent qualification.
* Current or provisional AHPRA registration with the Medical Radiation Practice Board of Australia (MRPB).
* Holds current EPA IA14Y Radiation Licence.
* Previous hospital experience including theatre, CT, mobile and trauma radiography.
* Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
* Understanding of work, health and safety and infection control in a radiology context.
* Ability to work in a team environment or independently as required.
* Demonstrated problem solving and time management in a clinical environment.
