Strata Management Professional
We are seeking an experienced Strata Management Professional to manage a portfolio of 7 buildings, with a mix of tier 1, 2, and 3 lots.
This role involves providing support to clients, including staff-leadership, assistant manager, general admin, accounts, and IT services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
* Main Responsibilities:
* - Manage a diverse portfolio of strata-managed properties.
* - Provide administrative support to clients, encompassing staff-leadership, financial management, and technical assistance.
* - Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and deliver timely services to clients.
* Essential Qualifications:
* - Proven experience in strata management.
* - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* - Familiarity with property management software is an advantage.
