Job Responsibilities
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Interact with customers in a friendly and skilled manner
- Take orders and handle payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of bar area and equipment
- Check identification of customers to verify legal drinking age
- Monitor intoxication levels of customers and take appropriate action
- Create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for customers
Job Requirements
- Prior experience as a bartender is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of cocktails and other drink recipes
- Attention to detail and cleanliness
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
