Lorg Talent is recruiting on behalf of a reputable civil contractor for a long-term mine site project in Nhulunbuy, Northern Territory, offering a permanent opportunity from the get-go.
What you’ll be doing:Maintaining gravel roads and repairing potholes on bitumen surfacesInstalling road signs and managing traffic controlControlling vegetation around site areasHandling bauxite stockpiles and cleaning crushersRemoving sediment from ponds and maintaining drainage systemsProcessing scrap steelTransporting freight and heavy equipment
What we’re looking for:Minimum 2 years’ civil construction experience with proven machinery skillsAustralian HC Driver’s Licence (minimum)Current and valid machinery ticketsWhite Card holderStrong safety focus, reliability, and a positive attitudeAbility to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
Machinery experience required:Loader | Excavator | Roller | Skid Steer | HC Trucks (float, side tipper, container side loader)
