Known for their precision, craftsmanship, and end-to-end project delivery, the business continues to expand across national markets.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Joinery Estimator to join their team. This is a key role within the pre-construction phase, responsible for accurately pricing retail fit-out and joinery projects while working closely with project managers, designers, and production teams.

What you'll be doing
* Preparing detailed cost estimates for joinery and retail fit-out projects
* Interpreting architectural drawings, specifications, and tender documents
* Completing material take-offs and labour costings
* Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing
* Reviewing project scope and identifying cost risks and opportunities
* Working closely with project managers and production teams during handover
* Assisting with value engineering and cost optimisation
* Maintaining accurate records of estimates, pricing, and variations
* Supporting tender submissions and bid preparation
What we're looking for
* Proven experience as an Estimator within joinery, shopfitting, or fit-outs (essential)
* Strong understanding of joinery construction methods and materials
* Ability to read and interpret architectural and technical drawings
* Experience with take-offs, cost planning, and tendering processes
* Strong numerical and analytical skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines
