A family owned builder with a reputation for building quality homes is currently experiencing growth. You will be joining a team of service administrators working across tasks such as;
* Provide a personalised and exceptional service to all clients through the warranty period, while following the Warranty processes and procedures.
* Coordinate and schedule Warranty works with clients, staff, suppliers & trades.
* Providing accurate information and updates to clients in relation to warranty repair work.
* Liaise with team members and trades to ensure inspections and works are being carried out in a timely manner and to the required standard.
* Follow up with clients to confirm works are complete and satisfactory, and to address any further queries.
* Fielding customer enquiries and escalating to the Head of Construction Standards where necessary.
* Attend regular workflow meetings to advise the Head of Construction
* Standards of the status of all Service and Warranty jobs, and other relevant team meetings as required.
About You
* 2 - 5 years experience within the residential construction sector in a similar role is essential
* ONSITE COMPANION experience preferred
* The ability to multi-task and prioritise a changing workload
* Strong IT skills including MS Office suite and the ability to grasp new systems with ease
* Strong English skills both written & verbal
Remuneration & Benefits
* Up to $65k + superannuation (Pro rata).
