Senior Roster Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and administer client and staff schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting contract hours
* Partner with Admissions Team, Care Managers, and Client Liaison Managers to create schedules that meet client and staff needs while adhering to best practice methods
* Ensure wise use of resources in terms of travel, makeup contract hours, overtime, and broken shifts. Rostering all education, training, vaccinations, and operational requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills
* Demonstrated experience and/or qualifications in scheduling/rostering, data analytics, or call centre management
* Experience in managing direct reports and providing guidance
* Outstanding problem-solving and time management skills
* A natural communicator with exceptional coordination skills
