About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and community minded Administration Coordinator to support daily operations at our Australind Rise site. Reporting to the Head of Residential Services, you will provide frontline assistance for residents, help maintain smooth village operations and ensure the community remains informed, supported and engaged. This part-time position suits an organised and independent coordinator looking to contribute two days a week on a Thursday and Friday, with flexible hours available for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily village operations and resident enquiries.
* Work alongside maintenance to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
* Conduct tours for prospective residents and manage unit waitlists.
* Handle all resident entry, exit and administrative documents.
* Deliver resident communications and support community activities.
* Monitor village safety, compliance and quality.
* Contribute to budget planning.
