Project Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee the execution of multiple projects in our Karratha based Civil/Construction company. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Project Management within the Mining/Construction/Civils sector, accompanied by strong analytical skills and expertise in controlling all aspects of project management from start to completion.
* Evaluate project performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures to meet or exceed project margins while complying with statutory/regulatory/code requirements
* Prepare comprehensive quotations incorporating labour, materials, freight, and machinery considerations ensuring timely client communication and delivery
* Negotiate contract terms and conditions and maintain relationships with suppliers to achieve optimal outcomes
* Conduct site visits to scope new project opportunities and tenders
* Monitor operational efficiency, construction activities, and staffing levels across assigned projects
* Maintain compliance with OH&S regulations, report incidents immediately, and ensure adherence to established guidelines and procedures
Requirements:
* Possess a qualification in Project Management or equivalent practical experience
* Demonstrate proficiency in MS Suite programs including MS Project, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
* Exhibit exceptional communication and negotiation skills
