Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure seamless operation and exceptional service experience by effectively communicating with team members, property management, and residents/guests.
* Receive and sign for deliveries in accordance with property-specific systems, ensuring efficient delivery to residents.
* Facilitate contractor arrivals/departures and realtor/potential home buyer/renter visits.
* Advise and remind residents and guests of relevant rules and regulations established by property management.
* Follow all property procedures for resident, guest, and vendor access.
* Promptly answer and complete resident requests, phone calls, questions, or concerns.
